Ingredients

  • 1 Sea bass cleaned and ready for the oven

For the stuffing

  • 15 gr of Basil
  • 250 gr of parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp of  sour cream or fresh cream to cook
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop up the basil and cut the parmesan into small pieces.

  2. Mix the chopped basil and parmesan into the cream.

  3. Place the green peppers in your baking dish in a single layer. Add the sea bass on top of the peppers.

  4. Stuff your Sea bass with the cream, basil, and parmesan mixture.

  5. Preheat your oven to 200ºC and when ready place your baking dish in the oven and let bake for about 20 minutes (keep an eye on your fish and remove it when it turns a golden color).

  6. Serve it with your favorite side dish. I’ve chosen some arugula, sauerkraut, mushrooms, and onion.
