Peanut Butter and Blueberry Yogurt Bites
- 250 g of Natural Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 cup of Blackberry and Raisins Granola
- 1/2 cup of Fresh Blueberries
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
In the blender cup, add the yogurt, banana, and peanut butter (or whichever nut cream you like the most),and blend everything together until you get a uniform texture.
Now add that mixture to a bowl and beat in the granola until completely and uniformly spread.
Pour mixture into the individual molds. Don’t fill the mold completely until you add some fruit on top.
Now add the blueberries (or other fruit of choice) on top of the mixture. Tip: don’t use fruits that tend to oxidize like an apple.
Lastly, stick the molds into the freezer and let sit until hardened.
