Add a dash of youth and sweetness into your life with these peanut butter and blueberry yogurt bites packed with antioxidants! This recipe will fill you with energy and is super easy to make. All you need are some individual molds like the ones you use for muffins or donuts.
In addition to the yogurt and blueberries, this recipe also contains banana and a natural fruit, nut granola mix. Unlike traditional cereal, natural granola has a sweet flavor without the need for any added sugar. You can play around and choose from a variety of flavors like; coconut and cacao, blackberry and raisins or blueberry, and cardamom seed.
Peanut Butter and Blueberry Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
- 250 g of Natural Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 cup of Blackberry and Raisins Granola
- 1/2 cup of Fresh Blueberries
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Instructions

In the blender cup, add the yogurt, banana, and peanut butter (or whichever nut cream you like the most),and blend everything together until you get a uniform texture.

Now add that mixture to a bowl and beat in the granola until completely and uniformly spread.

Pour mixture into the individual molds. Don’t fill the mold completely until you add some fruit on top.

Now add the blueberries (or other fruit of choice) on top of the mixture. Tip: don’t use fruits that tend to oxidize like an apple.

Lastly, stick the molds into the freezer and let sit until hardened.
