HOMEMADE HEALTHY NUTELLA

Most of us like to eat something sweet here and there. However, as tasty as it might be, we know that prepackaged foods bought at the supermarket are loaded with refined sugars, palm oils, dyes, flavorings and many very unhealthy chemical elements. So, I have decided to create my own Homemade Healthy Nutella and I’d like to share it with you.

Homemade Healthy Nutella

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peeled, toasted hazelnuts
  • 120 ml coconut oil 
  • 1 cup of macadamia nuts
  • 120 gr of Powdered Cacao 
  • 60 ml of water

Instructions

  1. Put the hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, and cacao in the food processor (or a high-powered mixer) and beat until the hazelnuts and walnuts are crushed

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixer and beat again until a cream is formed like the texture that you see in the photos.
