These colored nut cream recipes provide us with energy from the fat of the peanut, hazelnut, and almond … plus they are free of sugar additives.
So, how do you color nut creams? It’s very simple! All you need to do is to take advantage of the pigment of any fruit or vegetable you like. Not only will you be enriching your food with vitamins and minerals but you will also get a wonderfully colored nut cream.
Not sure what to use? Try some beetroots, spinach, kale, turmeric or even curry… Enjoy your nut cream with some pancakes, waffles, muffins or as a topping on a smoothie or some fruit.

Green Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 dfg Matcha Tea
For the sauce

Mix together the peanut butter with the matcha tea in a blender or food processor until you get a nice uniform texture. You can add more or less of each ingredient depending on how much nut cream you want to make.

Taste test it and adjust according to your flavor preference (more of a matcha taste or less) That’s it! Simple, huh?

Pink Hazelnut Butter Cream
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of Hazelnut Cream
- 30 g of Blueberries
Instructions

Mix the hazelnut cream together with the blueberries in a food processor or blender until you get a uniform texture and all the fruit is blended well.
Taste test afterwards and adjust to your liking by adding in more of your preferred dominant flavor. And, enjoy!
Notes
Fresh blueberries tend to oxidize quickly, so it’s best to make this to eat in the moment.
