Let color take over your plate with these protein-packed spinach waffles. Popeye knew how important this vegetable was to add to our diet. Satisfy your taste buds and fill yourself with vivacity. This protein-filled spinach waffle recipe, unlike others, has an extra shot of vitamins and minerals that help to promote better brain function; which is fundamental to getting back to our routines!

Protein-Filled Spinach Waffles
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 100 g vanilla Oatmeal powder
- 2 tbsp of Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- 80 g of Spinach
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 g of macadamia nuts
- 2 tbsp of crunchy almond cream
- 4 raspberries
- 4 blackberries
Instructions

Measure out and prepare all your ingredients beforehand. Don’t forget to wash the fruit. Use a grinder (preferably a small one) to grind the macadamia nuts into powder.

Combine eggs, oatmeal powder, vegan protein powder, spinach, baking powder, and ground macadamia nuts in a food processor/mixer until smooth.

Butter up your already heated waffle maker and add in the mix.

Once ready, top them off with one of your favorite nut creams, we chose our organic crunchy almond nut cream, then add on some fruit and serve!
