With a little TLC, we can keep it from melting and getting too soft. That way we can continue to enjoy this delicious treat and all the benefits chocolate gives us, even on a hot summer day at the beach.

The benefits of chocolate in the Summer

  • Protects the skin from the sun: The antioxidants contained in cocoa, such as polyphenols, flavonoids and catechins, help to make the skin smoother and more protected.
  • Its high magnesium content strengthens the muscles: Something especially interesting for those who intensify their physical activities in summer.
  • Enjoy and be happy!Cocoa stimulates the production of serotonin, the happiness hormones. This improves our mood and contributes to our overall well-being. Taking in the good weather and fully enjoying the sun.
  • A must-have for the workday: Drinking a couple of ounces of natural cocoa mid-morning boosts performance and productivity, as well as memory.
