Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 150 gr Dark Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup activated Cashews ( soakedin water for 3 hours then drained)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned)
  • 1/2 cup natural greek yogurt
  • 4 Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp salt flakes
  • 25 gr roasted chopped hazelnuts
  • 5 popsicle molds
  • 50 ml coffee (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or (double broiler)

  2. Using a blender, blend together all the ingredients except the hazelnuts. Blend until you get a nice creamy texture.

  3. Place the mixture into thepopsicle molds and add on the hazelnuts.

  4. Place in freezer for at least 6hours.
