Green Smoothie with Superfoods

Ingredients

  • 1 spoonful of  superfoods recovery
  • 1/2 a peach
  • 1 banana
  • 8 almonds
  • 2 heads of broccoli 
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 glass of ice 

Instructions

  1. Cut the peach, banana and broccoli into chunks. You can also do this and freeze them the night before.

  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender.

  3. Blend for about 3-5 minutes until no chunks are left and you have a uniform creamy texture.

  4. Pour your mixture into a serving glass of your choice. Top it off with a small piece of broccoli or peach for an added touch.

Notes

You can also crush a few walnuts and sprinkle them on top. That way you can get a crunchy touch with every sip.
