Açai Bowl with Granola and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 100 gr of frozen açaí 
  • 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries 
  • 1 cup of water 
  • 1 cup of water 
  • 1 tbsp of Chia seeds
  • A pinch of salt 
  • 1/2 tsp of baobab

For the topping

  • A handful of goji berry, ginger, cinnamon granola mix
  • 2 apricots 
  • 3 cherries
  • 1/2 a banana 

Instructions

  1. In a blender add the bananas,açaí, blueberries and water. Blend well until everything combines well and has a uniform texture.

  2. Next add in the walnuts, chia seeds, salt and baobab. Blend everything together at the highest speed setting on your blender until no chunks are left.

  3. Put the mixture into a serving bowl. Add in the fruit and granola and arrange as you please. Feel free to choose your favorite fruit and get creative.
