Making the most out of this good weather, last weekend I went with my children to the mountains to do a bicycle route. So, I made a breakfast that would give us the energy we were going to need to face the morning. I opted for a bowl of açaí with fruit and granola. Sometimes I put açaí in smoothies or bowls, as it is a rich source of antioxidants and nutrients. It is also made up of 40% fiber and contains proteins and fats, making it great when doing sports.
I added granola to my bowl. You might already know that I’ve loved granola for breakfast since I was a child. I use it like a cereal in a bowl of almond milk with fruit and granola, and in main dishes like, salads for a crunchy taste. So, obviously I couldn’t make this bowl without it. I chose one of my favorites, granola with goji berry, ginger, and cinnamon.
