Place the plan on high heat at first, when it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it reduce until it’s a little thick.
In a skillet, add the minced garlic and cook it until it's a golden color , then add the chicken breast and let it cook well on all sides.
Next, add the chopped onion, stirring constantly until it’s soft and transparent, and set aside.
Once the sauce has reduced, add the chicken and the toasted cashews in. If you prefer or if you have raw cashews at home you can toast them yourself.
To finish off your dish, pour some of the Thai Sauce on top of your Chicken and sprinkle on a few Cilantro leaves and enjoy!
