Lay out your meat on a sheet of wax/baking paper. If you notice that it sticks too much, moisten your hands with a little water.
Stuff the chicken with a little bacon and cheese. If you have a chicken breast use a knife to cut open the middle slightly. If you have two thin cut slices of chicken breast, put the stuffing between the two, like a sandwich.
Make the batter mixture: add a mixture of buckwheat flour, almond flour and chopped Beef Jerky to taste.
Dip the meat in the batter mixture, spray a little olive oil on top and bake at 190°C for about 10 minutes in the AirFryer. Turn over and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
