Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter together with the date paste until you get a rich creamy mixture. Then add in the honey and lemon and mix again.

  2. Beat in the eggs one at a time until it integrates well into the batter.

  3. Add the flours and leavening.

  4. Place the dough in a  silicone mold and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool.

  6. Once it is cool remove the dough from the mold and cut it into small “sobaditos” (small rectangular pieces).
