Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature before beginning.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together, except the chocolate, mix everything well until you get a nice, uniform dough.

  3. Cut the chocolate into pieces and throw it in to your dough mixture.

  4. Place the dough on a baking sheet and slightly flatten it.

  5. Bake for 12 minutes. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn. You can also make this in an Airfryer at 160 ºC for 15 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool.

  7. Lastly, add a little ice cream or whipcream on top and it’s ready to serve.

Notes

Chef’s trick: 

Before eating it stick it in the microwave for just a few seconds. It is sure to leave you wanting more.
