Peel the prawns and sauté them in a little olive oil with salt and pepper for a few minutes. Set aside in a separate dish.
In the same pan melt the butter, add in the garlic cloves and leave for 30 seconds.
Afterwards, add in the broth and let sit for a few minutes.
Little by little add in the sour cream and gently mix it together with the broth. Make sure that you are using a low heat during this process. Do this until you get a creamy sauce.
Add in the parmesan cheese.
Lastly,throw the cooked prawns back in the pan and garnish with your freshly chopped parsley.
