Prawns In A Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 500 gr prawns/shrimp
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1/3 cup bone broth
  • 1 + 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsps freshly chopped parsley¬†
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Peel the prawns and sauté them in a little olive oil with salt and pepper for a few minutes. Set aside in a separate dish.

  2. In the same pan melt the butter, add in the garlic cloves and leave for 30 seconds.

  3. Afterwards, add in the broth and let sit for a few minutes.

  4. Little by little add in the sour cream and gently mix it together with the broth. Make sure that you are using a low heat during this process. Do this until you get a creamy sauce.

  5. Add in the parmesan cheese.

  6. Lastly,throw the cooked prawns back in the pan and garnish with your freshly chopped parsley.
