  1. Mix the water, coconut milk and honey in a bowl and heat in the microwave.

  2. Add the yeast. Stir well until it everything is combined and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes covered with a cloth.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients on one side: the flours, the protein powder and the chia seeds. On the other side, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, vanilla, date paste and orange zest.

  4. Mix these last wet ingredients with the bowl of yeast that previously rested for 10 minutes.

  5. Add the bowl of dry ingredients in little by little. While combining these dry ingredients add in the butter. Knead well until it is a consistent mixture.

  6. Grease another bowl with butter, pour the mixture in and let it rest for an hour covered with a cloth.

  7. Sprinkle in the Chocolicius chocolate pieces.

  8. Grease a mold pan, pour in the mixture, brush with egg yolk and bake for 45 minutes at 190 ÂșC.
