Apricot Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Water (optional- it depends if you want a thicker texture or not)
  • 1 + 1/2 ripe Banana
  • 5 pitted Apricots
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Flavored Oatmeal Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Cardamom
  • 2 tsps Honey
  • 2 tsps Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 lemon (in juice)
  • 1 pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender.

  2. Blend until creamy.

Notes

In India they drink it right away, but if you prefer a more cooling version you can put it in the fridge and enjoy it later.
