Banana, Cacao and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  •  1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp of powdered cacao
  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 piece of ginger

Instructions

  1. Put the banana, cacao, and peanut butter together in the blender. Blend everything until all the ingredients are combined well.

  2. Afterwards, add in the black pepper, ginger and blend everything again.

  3. That’s it! Pour it into a serving glass and enjoy!
