Low-Carb Hamburger

Ingredients

  • 120 g. 3 Egg
  • 250 g. 1 1/2 cup Raw Almond Flour
  • 18 g. 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 200 g. 1 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 5 g. 1 tsp Salt
  • 25 g. 1 medium envelope Fresh Yeast

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

  2. Place all the ingredients,except the sesame seeds, into a food processor and combine well until you get a uniform mixture.

  3. After the dough has fully formed, grab some dough and roll it into a ball, then place it on the baking sheet to the desired size.

  4. Once you’ve made all your balls of dough, take the sesame seeds and sprinkle them on top of the dough. 

  5. Stick your baking sheet in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
