Protein Jam
Try to select the ripest raspberries possible so that the jam is as sweet as possible without the need to use any other ingredient to sweeten it.
Don't forget to wash your fruit thoroughly before using it. Then blend the furit.
Place 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass jar with a lid, cover with a portion of the liquefied fruit, and mix. Repeat this until you have filled half the jar.
Then add the 2 tablespoons of strawberry or raspberry vegan protein, and mix.
Finish filling the entire jar with the seeds and the remaining fruit blend, and stir again until everything is combined well.
Let the jar sit for at least 40 minutes so that the chia seeds soak wth the liquid from the blended fruit until you're left with a thick texture.
This jam is 100% natural which means that it should be eaten quickly. Don’t leave it for more than 5 days in the fridge.
