To prepare your Banana Bread start by preheating the oven to 180ºC and line the pan with wax paper.
Whisk together the milk and vinegar in a bowl, then mix in the sugar, bananas, tahini, melted butter, eggs, superfoods, and hazelnut cream.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flours, cinnamon, and salt. Then slowly mix the dry ingredients in with the wet ones, stirring slowly. (be careful not to overmix, just enough so that there are no clumps of flour)
Next, pour the dough into a mold and sprinkle the sesame seeds on to. Then bake for 30 minutes, and then lower the oven to 150ºC, and bake for 1 hour, or until you can stick a knife in the bread and it comes out dry.
Remove from the oven, and let cool for 10 minutes, before removing it from the mold and allowing it to completely cool. Lastly, heat the oven to high heat with the grill setting and slice the bread into thick slices. Let it toast a minute and then finish it off with a dab of butter. Feel free to sprinkle some nuts on top or add some chocolate to taste.
