Mega Choco Cookie. Today, I’ve brought you this ginormous- some would say even monstrous cookie, that is sure to satisfy anyone with a craving.
Measuring in at 15cm around this is the ideal treat to share. I must confess that this is one of my favorite things to have after a good workout. It’s big, but it’s only made with the best and healthiest ingredients.

I’m sure many of you have come across one of these XL cookies either while at a well-known American food restaurant like Starbucks or whether you’ve traveled there and had one. The contrast between its crunchy outside and somewhat moist and soft inside is truly the best combo! Oh, and don’t even get me started on the melted chocolate chips inside- simply irresistible!
I’ve substituted traditional chunks of chocolate for our Chocolicius, it gives it a more homemade look and taste– it really is the purest and tastiest chocolate I’ve ever had. If you haven’t tried it yet, click here.
The secret to making this Mega Choco Cookie
The recipe is the same as if you were going to make a normal tray of four mini cookies, the only difference is that instead of making small balls of dough combine everything together and make one mega ball of cookie dough!
Mega Choco Cookie
Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature before beginning.
Mix all the ingredients together, except the chocolate, mix everything well until you get a nice, uniform dough.
Cut the chocolate into pieces and throw it in to your dough mixture.
Place the dough on a baking sheet and slightly flatten it.
Bake for 12 minutes. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn. You can also make this in an Airfryer at 160 ºC for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Lastly, add a little ice cream or whipcream on top and it’s ready to serve.
Before eating it stick it in the microwave for just a few seconds. It is sure to leave you wanting more.
