Gluten-Free Seed and Parmesan Cheese Toast

  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Buckwheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa Flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
  • Seeds to taste (Pumpkin, Flax, Sesame, Chia)
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin) 


  1. Measure out all your ingredients and have them ready.

  2. Put the eggs in a bowl, and slowly add in the buckwheat and quinoa flour little by little until you get a consistent and thick mixture, but that doesn’t stick to the bowl.

  3. Next, add in the Parmesan Cheese and Salt stirring until everything is blended well.

  4. In a frying pan, add some oil over a low-medium heat and toast the seeds a little.

  5. Then on top of the seeds add a thin layer of the dough, enough to make a uniform piece of toast. You can use a metal mold to help you do this, or just use a small frying pan.

  6. Cook the toast for about two minutes on each side until golden.
