With this Low-Carb Bread Recipe, there is no need to deprive yourself of this oftentimes staple part of our diet. This bread stands out thanks to its cheesy flavor with the addition of parmesan, while still maintaining that fluffy bread texture we all love, and without the processed carbs usually found in traditional breads.
Now there is no need to give up eating bread if you’re just looking to reduce your intake of carbs, like with the Keto Diet. In this recipe, I substitute the traditional over-processed White flour with a healthier Almond flour which provides us with energy thanks to the fats contained in the almonds.
Low-Carb Hamburger
Ingredients
- 120 g. 3 Egg
- 250 g. 1 1/2 cup Raw Almond Flour
- 18 g. 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 200 g. 1 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
- 5 g. 1 tsp Salt
- 25 g. 1 medium envelope Fresh Yeast
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Place all the ingredients,except the sesame seeds, into a food processor and combine well until you get a uniform mixture.

After the dough has fully formed, grab some dough and roll it into a ball, then place it on the baking sheet to the desired size.

Once you’ve made all your balls of dough, take the sesame seeds and sprinkle them on top of the dough.

Stick your baking sheet in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
