Granola isn’t just for breakfast. This original granola red berry tartlet recipe is great for dessert or as a snack. Healthy, tasty and easy to make. It is made with 100% natural ingredients, and provides the vitamins and minerals that our body needs, as well as lots of energy. It’s an excellent alternative to traditional granola which is usually refined and loaded with added sugar. Granola and Red Berry Tartlet

For the tartlets

  • Natural Granola that is free from refined sugars
  • 1/4 cup Raw Honey

For the topping

  • Sour cream to taste
  • Red berries to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C. If the honey is too thick to mix, melt it down until it liquifies.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the honey with the granola and stir well until everything is combined.

  3. Take the mixture and place it into the molds of a cupcake tray or make little balls with your hands and place on a normal baking sheet. Bake at 225º for about 10 minutes. Remember that the time varies depending on each oven, so be careful not to burn them.

  4. Take them out of the oven and let them cool. Carefully remove them from the molds or baking sheet and put the tartlets on a plate. Then, cover them with some sour cream, blueberries and raspberries on top to your liking.


Chef’s trick: Place the toppings on right away so as to not soften the tartlets later.
