Are you also addicted to avocado? This fruit is packed with so many healthy properties! It contains 25% healthy fats. It’s a direct source of Potassium, Magnesium, and Fiber. Besides that it’s also an antioxidant, which helps to delay aging; and boosts our immune and nervous systems. - 3 ripe medium sized avocados
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander “cilantro”
- 1 lime (juice)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 ripe tomato

If you really like tomato, you can add that in as well, giving the guacamole a fresh and sweet taste. Also, the combo between the tomato and avocado looks great. Just be sure the tomato is ripe.
