Broccoli is great for our muscles and our nervous and digestives systems to function properly. It’s a food rich in vitamins and minerals and high in fiber making it a well-rounded food. This Broccoli Puree is perfect for this time of the year, although it’s also good during the spring and summer however, it’s recommended to eat during the winter

  • Gluten-free
  • A high concentration of Vitamins C and A
  • Source of Calcium and Potassium

However, many people might not be aware of all the ways we can include Broccoli in our diets. Many people resort to just having it as a side dish to go along with some meat and maybe other vegetables. The problem with this is that it’s not always very appetizing as many people aren’t huge fans of the taste. That’s why we suggest this unique Broccoli Puree, easy to make; with a surprising texture and taste (even to me)!
