Today I’ve brought you the perfect drink to make the most of all the fruits that are currently in season. This delicious autumn smoothie’s main ingredient is raspberries. They not only provide a lot of sweetness and flavor but they also contain natural antioxidants, soluble fiber, folic acid and Vitamin C.
This recipe is especially great for those days when you just don’t feel like cooking or when you simply don’t have the time. I’ve added in some extra nutrients by adding in our vegan strawberry protein plus some essential fatty acids from a little olive oil.
Raspberry and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 5-7 frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of vegan strawberry protein
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of fresh milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp of matcha tea
Instructions

Throw all the ingredients into your blender

Blend for 3-5 minutes until you reach your desired texture.

Pour into a glass, and that’s it! Feel free to put a raspberry or two on top for that instagrammable look!
One of my favorite things about this recipe is that the fruit is frozen. It truly gives it that extra rich and creamy texture. Making it irresistible!
